Camp Overview
It’s almost time to put away the backpack and the books. Summer is a time for kids to have fun, enjoy friends and explore their talents. This summer, give your son or daughter all of that in one place – at the Saddle Brook School of Rock!
What's Your Kid Doing This Summer?
Whether your child is new to the guitar, wants to write her own songs or dreams of rockin out on stage in front of a crowd, Summer Camp at the Saddle Brook School of Rock will have them jammin’ like never before. And the kids on the block will be calling YOU the “cool mom and dad.”
School of Rock camps emphasize live performance through workshops, clinics, and private instruction where students learn about playing together in a band and develop stage presence. We also have camps that cover songwriting and recording.
School of Rock camps are a great introduction to the School of Rock or a perfect complement to our year-round program.
SCHOOL OF ROCK CAMPS INCLUDE:
• Learning the nuts and bolts of live performance
• Studio/band rehearsal time
• Instruction with music professionals
• A LIVE rock show performance for all of your friends and family
• Guitar, drum, vocal, keyboard and bass instruction
• Music theory
• Classic rock music appreciation
• Recording sessions, ending with a professional recording of our original song!
